• What is Pre-Order ?

    Pre-order service allows you to order and pay for your purchase online 48hrs before your flight.

  • Is pre-order available on all Malindo flights?

    Pre-order is only available to passengers flying on Malindo Air International route.

  • What is the method of payment?

    The only form of payment accepted for pre-order are Visa and Mastercard. Please ensure credit card has a validity of at least 90 days.

  • How do I know if my credit card has been charged?

    You will receive an order confirmation Invoice via email within 24hrs of placing your order.

  • When will I receive my Pre-Order?

    The cabin crew will deliver the pre-order purchase to your seat during flight.

  • What documents do I need to present to collect my pre-order?

    Please present either your passport, boarding pass or the pre-order confirmation Invoice to receive your purchase.

  • I have changed my flight schedule?

    Please contact us at to update on your travel plans. We will make the necessary arrangement for you to receive your pre-order purchase as per your revised travel date.

  • What happens if my flight is cancelled?

    Please notify us immediately by sending an email to, if your flight is cancelled. We will process a full refund to you.

  • What is the return and refund policy?

    Exchange or refund is allowed within 14 days from the date of purchase. Exchange or refunds will be issued subject to our evaluation of the returned items. We guarantee that every item is in good condition at the time of purchase. If the item you receive is defective, kindly approach the cabin crew. We will do a one-to- one exchange if a similar item is available onboard. We will not accept items which have been damaged due to abuse, misuse, accidents or alterations. Due to customs regulation, we may not be able to exchange or refund dutiable items which includes liquor and spirits.
